Friday Drink – 2 Beautiful Cocktails using Pastis de Marseilles

If you missed it, I’m Barbara and I’m a French woman leaving in Zurich Switzerland. If there is one Aperitif I’m associating with Summer in France it is Pastis! I thought that for this new Cocktail serie that I’m inauguring today I would start with not only a favourite but also a super simple aperitif to mix and personalize to fit your taste, the Pastis.

For this first «Friday Drink» I have been trying two different recipes, «Le Perroquet» who is featuring mint syrup and «La Mauresque» which is using Orgeat Syrup.

I’m also putting a few other options to aromatise your drink as you prefer. (I’m surely going to try the Pelican and the Diesel!)

Le Perroquet

  • 4cl Pastis
  • 1cl Mint Syrup
  • Water
  • Ice Cube

La Mauresque

  • 4cl Pastis
  • 1cl Orgeat Syrup
  • Water
  • Ice Cubes
